This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondent police to complete 1/4

the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.3 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready and seeks one week time to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court and he has also produced the copy of the final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to file the final report before jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not filed earlier. 04.10.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
