The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Family Court, Trichy, in O.S.No.58 of 2024 and 1/4

transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai to try along with O.S.No.5 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Pudukkottai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent would submit that the matter was settled in the Mediation Centre. The Mediator has also produced the settlement agreement.

3. Recording the same, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
