ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's RTI Appeal dated 19.05.2018 and to pay penalty and take necessary disciplinary proceedings against the respondents 2 and 3 under Right to Information Act, 2005.
2.Heard Mr.K.C.Ponrajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and M/s.Devasena, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 3.This Court is of the view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's RTI Appeal dated 19.05.2018 within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
