This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.13 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Without any base, the first respondent police registered a case in Crime No. 13 of 2019, as against the petitioner. Hence he prayed to quash the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that while completing the investigation, the name of the petitioner herein deleted from the F.I.R and about to file the final report in Crime No.13 of 2019 as against the other accused persons.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the first respondent is directed to serve the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16265 of 2019 copy of deletion report with regards to deletion of the petitioner herein to the second respondent. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
