ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintain by the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition by challenging the present order passed by the respondent. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no objection to withdraw this petition. 4.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition by challenging the present order passed by the respondents. No costs.
