ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.This writ petition has been filed for directing the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni to investigate the petitioner's complaint.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) filed a status report dated 19.01.2022 by Mr.I.Sundararaj, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Theni. According to him, no offence is made and that the matter has been closed vide report dated 30.12.2021. The fourth respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure on the writ petitioner within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner herein to move the jurisdictional magistrate Court for appropriate relief. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the petitioner. All the rights and remedies of the petitioner are left open.
4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
