ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who is facing a case for the offence under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC, in S.C.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the V Additional District Court, Madurai, in Crime No.243 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.443 of 2017 on the file of the V Additional District Court, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 29.06.2016 and the same was executed on 12.07.2024. From onwards, he is in custody. Hence, the petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the fact that the case is of the year 2012 and considering the nonbailable Warrant was pending against the petitioner from the year 2016 and only after 8 years, now, i.e., on 12.07.2024, the Non-bailable Warrant was executed, this is not a fit case for enlarging the petitioner on bail.
