Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Court to direct the Principal Sub-Court, Srivilliputtur to dispose the case in H.M.O.P. No. 162/2013 within the stipulated period.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requsition letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, vide in letter D.No.428/2022 dated 04.05.2022, this Court made the following order: The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, sent a letter dated 04.05.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.162 of 2013, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.01.2022.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 04.05.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.162 of 2013.
