ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners would submit that the revision petitioners have preferred Second Appeal before this Court, in S.A(MD)No.681 of 2023 against the judgment passed in A.S.No.46 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam, confirming the judgment made by the learned Additional District Munsif, Valangaiman at Kumbakonam in O.S.No.255 of 2006. In the Second Appeal, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has stayed the execution proceedings. Against the order passed in the execution petition in E.P.No.130 of 2010, this Civil Revision Petition is preferred.

2. In view of the above submission and considering the fact that the execution proceeding has been stayed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the prayer in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
