This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to provide sanction for filing a criminal case against the 6th and 7th respondents by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.02.2016

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the representation, dated 23.02.2016 submitted by the petitioner, the fifth respondent has conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 30.10.2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No Costs.
