When the writ petition came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has approached this Court for old age pension. Unfortunately, pending writ petition, the petitioner died. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
