For Petitioner : Mr.K.Sudaliyandi For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Kannan Standing Counsel (In all Writ Petitions) COMMON ORDER Heard Mr.K.Sudaliyandi, learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned Standing Counsel who have taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.22535 of 2021 had given a direction to the respondents to remove all the shops which obstruct the pedestrian, obstruct the road line and also stated that such removal should be done within a specific time line. The petitioners seek exemption. If the petitioners seek exemption, then they must approach the Division Bench by filing necessary application, giving reason as to why they should be exempted from such an order passed by the Division Bench.

3. This Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner herein. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, though such liberty need not specifically mentioned to file necessary Miscellaneous Petition before the Division Bench in W.P.(MD).No.22535 of 2021.

4. All the three Writ Petitions are therefore dismissed.

5. With the above observations, the Writ Petitions are 2/3

dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
