O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Declaration, to declare the appointment of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 as a Noon Meal Organizers as illegal and consequently, to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners as a Noon Meal Organizers as per, order dated 25.02.2016, on the file of the 1st respondent with consequential benefits. 2.The petitioners had applied for Noon Meal Organizer post and the respondents conducted a selection process. Thereafter, appointed 3rd and 4th respondents. The contention of the petitioners is that earlier, the petitioners were selected and the respondents have already issued the appointment order in letter, dated 25.02.2016 and had produced the 2/5

same.

3. On perusal of the letter, dated 25.02.2016, this Court is not inclined to accept this letter because it is not signed by any authority. The petitioners have not stated how they received this letter. Moreover, it is not containing any signature. Based on this unsigned letter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to contest it again by obtaining proper signed documents from the respondents.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 15.02.2023 Internet : Yes NCC : Yes / No Tmg 3/5
