(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending representation of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2018, may be directed to be considered by respondent No.2.
2.This Court heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on the said submissions. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2018, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and others concerned, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
