O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second and third respondents to conduct a survey and to demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land situated in Survey Nos. 144/9A & 244/1A1 to an extent of 1 acre 20 cents at Mukkudal Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District vide Patta No.1621, based on the petitioner's fee paid challan dated 14.06.2022.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has paid the fee on 14.06.2022, to survey and demarcate her land in Survey Nos.144/9A & 2/5

244/1A1 to an extent of 1 acre 20 cents at Mukkudal Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District vide Patta No.1621. Since no action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's fee paid challan dated 14.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
