Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate steps to transfer the Patta individually in the name of the Petitioner after making proper sub-division based on the Petitioner's Registered Sale Deed under Document No.1520/2018 dated 11.10.2018, registered before the office of the Sub-Registrar, Kannivadi, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul District in respect of the landed property bearing Survey No.534/19B of an extent of 0.05.5 Hectares, Survey No. 534/19C of an extent of 0.09.5 Hectares out of the above both total extent of 0.15.0 Hectares and extent of 0.09.75 Hectares (24 Cents), Survey No.534/13B2 of an extent of 0.03.5 Hectares out of total extent of 0.07.0 Hectares, Survey No.534/18D of an extent of 0.07.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The first respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned Registered Sale Deed under Document No.1520/2018 dated 11.10.2018 and 2/4

pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the first respondent to pass order one way or other. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
