The instant writ petition has been filed by a Sanitary Inspector working in the second respondent Corporation, seeking a Mandamus to consider his representation and to include his name in the promotional panel to the post of Sanitary Officer. 2.Seeking the said benefits, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent herein on 31.10.2023. Since there is no response for the past one year, the instant writ petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

4.Considering the above said fact, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 31.10.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
