Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in RC.N6/231/15 dated 19.02.2016 and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment order, dated 19.02.2016, issued to the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. Perused the material documents available on records.

3. The respondents 1 & 2 have selected the 3rd respondent since she is a widow and having one son and two daughters. The 3rd respondent is in indigent circumstances than the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner's husband is an employee and doing Decorator work. Therefore, the respondents have decided that the 3rd respondent is more eligible person than the petitioner, based on the indigent circumstances. Hence, the respondents 1 & 2 have granted an appointment to the 3rd respondent.

4. Hence, this Court is convinced about the reason to select the 3rd respondent. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 2/4
