ORDER

By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that her application dated 25.07.2024 to provide water connection to her house property, has not been considered so far. Therefore, she has filed this Writ Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that other people have also given applications to provide water connection and therefore, based on the seniority, the application of the petitioner would be considered and connection would be provided.

4.In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to consider the application of the petitioner and provide water connection to her house property within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
