Respondent in both W.P.'s COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the Impugned order in Se.Mu.A.No.372/2018L & 373/2018L respectively dated 06.08.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondent to accept the amount of Rs.2,32,560/- & Rs.2,28,877/- respectively being the 2/3rd amount and confirm the auction in favour of the petitioner insofar as the area of 15.20 & 28.85 hectares respectively in Salaigramam Kanmoi is concerned or in the alternate, directing the respondent to return the 1/3rd amount (Rs.1,16,280/- & Rs.1,14,438/- respectively) as deposited by the petitioner on 13.10.2017.
