Prayer: The Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to give necessary Police protection to the petitioner's life, limb, family members and property and to put construction especially for fencing the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.246/9A at Muthukrishnapuram Village, K.Maruthappapuram, Melaneelithanallur, Tenkasi District, acquired through a registered sale deed in document No.278 of 2007, dated 26.02.2007 and registered before the Sub-Registrar, Melaneelithanallur, Tenkasi District and take necessary action against the fourth to ninth respondents for their criminal actions in accordance with law. respondents for their criminal actions.
