2.This matter was listed yesterday (15.06.2026). The question of law that arose for consideration was whether the District Collector cum District Magistrate has power under Section 14 of The SARFAESI Act, 2002 (Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest). The order dated 15.06.2026 allowing W.P(MD)No.23475 of 2024 has not been signed by us. It stands recalled. Registry need not draft the order dated 15.06.2026.
