ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to recognise the revocation of the deed of power of attorney executed by them in favour of Mr.James Selvaraj and delete his name from the cause title of the memorandum of second appeal and connected miscellaneous Petitions. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 6 and also perused the records. 2/4

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.
