This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide free agricultural electricity service connection to his land. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board submits that the applications are being considered seniority wise and the application received upto the year March 2013 have been processed, the petitioner's application is of the year 2014 and therefore, it would be considered on seniority wise for this year.
