ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection to the petitioner's life and his property in Survey No.159/2A having an extent of 31 cents in Thanichayam Village in Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 10.02.2020.
2.Heard both sides.
3.It is seen that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent seeking police protection on the basis of the civil Court decree and it is pending.
4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
