PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order of suspension passed by 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in No.NMCP/SUS-01/F.107/2023-24 dated 31.07.2023 and quash the same as illegal.
