ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to forward an application presented by the writ petitioner for compassionate appointment to the second respondent.
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that her father was working as a Night Watchman in the third respondent office and he died in harness on 26.05.2005. After his death, on 05.07.2005, her mother B.Poochendu made an application on behalf of her son seeking appointment. When the said application was pending, her son has passed away and therefore, her daughter has presented an application on 20.10.2009.
3. The second respondent herein has addressed a letter to the third respondent on 25.02.2021, directing him to forward all the papers to his office relating to the compassionate appointment of the writ petitioner. The third 2/5
respondent has also addressed a letter to the writ petitioner on 25.03.2021, directing her to appear in person along with all documents, so that, he could forward the same to the second respondent. The writ petitioner had submitted a certificate to the third respondent. However, the third respondent has not chosen to forward the same to the second respondent. Hence, the present writ petition.
4. The second respondent by his proceedings, dated 25.02.2021 had directed the third respondent to forward all the papers relating to the compassionate appointment of the writ petitioner. Though the writ petitioner has submitted all the records, the third respondent is yet to forward the papers to the second respondent.

In view of the above said facts, a direction is issued to the third respondent to forward all the papers along with the documents submitted by the writ petitioner to the second respondent, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and forward it to the first respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. The authorities are directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
