ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused No.1 to 4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(1) of I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act & Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.31 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that because of the compromise reached between the parties during the course of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.20840 of 2021 investigation, further action was dropped. Final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, as 'further action dropped' Now, the parties are living together. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. Further, he produced a copy of the final report.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
