When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the charge memo dated 24.03.2016 issued by the first respondent and subsequently, the said charge memo was dropped. Thereafter, the writ petitioner was retired from service.
