ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order passed by the Additional Session Judge, Karur in Crl.R.C.No.2 of 2018 dated 07.03.2018 confirming the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur in M.C.No.21 of 2016 dated 13.10.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the order passed by the trail Court in M.C.No.21 of 2016, the respondent got married to some other person and now she is residing with her husband.

3.Since the subsequent development that has made in the order passed by the trial Court in M.C.No.21 of 2016, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings before the trial Court.
