When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.12.2021, 10.01.2022 and 25.01.2022 there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal"on 02.02.2022.

CRL.OP(MD)No.17536 of 2019 " Last two hearings, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence this Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". However, the matter was not listed today i.e., on 02.02.2022 under the caption "for dismissal". Therefore, Registry is directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 04.02.2022. 3.
