(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed by the father of Sankaranarayan, who is the petitioner in H.C.P.(MD)No.581 of 2023 and the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is similar to that of the prayer in H.C.P.(MD)No.581 of 2023.

2.Today, we passed final orders in H.C.P.(MD)No.581 of 2023, filed by the minor Nadiya's father, whereby, had recorded the amicable settlement arrived at between them, touching upon the custody of their child namely, Nadiya Sankaranarayanan, as well as exchange of certain articles.

3. In view of final orders passed in H.C.P.(MD)No.581 of 2023, dated 01.09.2023, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
