O R D E R

The petitioner assails an order dated 04.08.2014 by which the request for a "same person certificate" was rejected. The petitioner refers to a same person certificate granted to one Tmt.Selvam/Selvasundari in support of the contention that such certificates were granted previously by the Tahsildar.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner may submit a fresh representation and that such fresh representation would be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time frame.

3. In view of the above submissions, W.P. (MD) No.6320 of 2016 is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation seeking a "same person certificate". If such fresh representation if received

by the Tahsildar, the Tahsildar is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits by a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
