ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members to consider the representation, dated 24.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the third respondent, CSR.No.210 of 2024 came to be registered and at the enquiry it is alleged that the petitioner had damaged the compound wall and that the enquiry is pending, but they have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent the complaint through post and the same came to be received by them.

4.Whatever it is, the petitioner is directed to give fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and conduct enquiry in both the complaints and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
