2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.

3. On production of receipt, Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
