When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the third respondent passed an order dated 25.03.2017 and submitted that the petitioner is working as a Cook Assistant in Panchayat Union Middle School, Umarikottai, Thoothukudi District. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
