Section 498(A) of I.P.C, in Crime No.28 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties. By which, they are going to file a petition before the Family Court for mutual divorce. 3.Even though the second respondent has been suo-motu impleaded and her name was printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her.
