RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the 1st condition to execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties instead of two normal sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.4840/2024 dated 27.03.2024 to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai and allow this petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.4840 of 2024 dated 27.03.2024.

2.Only considering the fact that even though the petitioner was enlarged on conditional bail on 27.03.2024, till date the petitioner has not come out of prison and it is stated that the petitioner has blood relatives, but they do not have any properties so as to obtain solvency certificate and no other person is also willing to stand as security to the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner continues to be imprisoned in spite of bail order, I am inclined to modify the original condition. 3.Accordingly, the condition which was imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish two blood sureties and the same shall be accepted without solvency certificate.

4.In view of the fact that the condition is modified today, the time is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
