PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2013 and consequently direct the second respondent to survey the petitioner's land by fixing the boundary in Survey Nos. 1243/9 situated at Sitharevu Village, Athoor Taluk, Dindigul District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2013 for surveying his land.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
