ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 12.11.2019, directed the Court below to complete the trial, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Since the trial could not be completed as directed by this Court, vide letter bearing D.No.548, dated 14.08.2020, a request has been made by the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, seeking extension of time.

2. Now, stating that already six witnesses have been examined and two more witnesses have to be examined, the Court below requests two more months to dispose of the case.
