ORDER
This Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant seeking direction against the respondent to complete the enquiry in Crime No.15 of 2021 and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that during investigation, it was found that there is no material to proceed further and therefore, further action in this case was dropped. The Investigation Officer is yet to file the negative final report before the Court concerned. 3.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with filing of negative final report before the Court concerned and issue notice to the Petitioner/defacto complainant regarding the negative final report. Thereafter, the Petitioner/defacto complainant is directed to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, if he is so advised, within the stipulated time after receipt of such notice by the Investigation Officer and file the protest petition in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
