This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for removing the bushes and for fencing the patta land of the petitioner in Survey No.445/1B1 in Rameshwaram Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the representation, dated 15.02.2016 submitted by the petitioner, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and the same was closed.
