PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2016 to the first respondent and 14.12.2015 to the second respondent, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take action based on the petitioners representations, dated 04.01.2016 and 14.12.2015.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed complaint / representation before the authorities concerned regarding restoration of Cable TV systems and Transmitters. The said complaint has not been enquired by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up of hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been conducted, wherein the petitioner and her husband had appeared and also had given a statement that they have settled the issue, recording the said statement, the complaint has been closed.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been enquired and closed, no further adjudication is required to be undertaken in the present petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
