ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.) appearing for R1 to R 5. 1/3
2. The petitioner states that he lodged a complaint before the fifth respondent and that it is not being acted upon. Therefore, the petitioner wants the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent has also been named in person.
3. The petitioner claims that he borrowed a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the seventh respondent by pledging his car along with the original RC book. His grievance is that even though the said amount was repaid, the seventh respondent has not returned the car along with the original RC book.
4. I called upon the petitioner's counsel to produce proof of such repayment. No such proof is forthcoming. In the typed set of papers also, except enclosing the complaint copy dated 12.11.2021, no other proof has been enclosed.
5. I therefore cannot fault the fifth respondent for not registering any FIR. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
