Though the said submission is questionable, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. However, he seeks liberty to challenge the 18(1) settlement in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

2. After recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 2/4

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge Section 18(1) settlement in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs.
