ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide First Information Report and Death Report of the petitioner's husband, viz., Suresh, S/o. Kuppusamy, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.11.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the petitioner did not even state the crime number, in which, she sought for in this writ petition. It is also revealed that the petitioner has lodged a complaint to the second respondent, no F.I.R has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner. When it is being so, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to provide first information report and the death report of her husband.

4. Therefore, the entire prayer has been misconceived. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
