ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the NBW has been executed and the prosecution is ready to co-operate with the trial court to complete the trial within 3 months by producing the witnesses. Accordingly, the C.C.No.125 of 2018 is "retransmitted" back to the trial court on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Usilampatti, Madurai District. The learned Trial Judge is directed to give priority to the case and complete the trial as expediously as possible. With the above direction this suo moto transfer case is closed. 06.10.2025 sbn electronically alone. The court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
