The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 447 and 506(i) of IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the direction given by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.1154 of 2023. He would further submit that though summon was issued, the petitiones refused to appear before the respondent. 3.Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Let the petitioners be present before the respondent police. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
