ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the appointment order, dated 19.02.2016, issued to the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. Perused the material documents available on records.

3. The petitioner has challenged the writ petition based on the residential status of the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. The contention of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not a resident of Subburayanpatti and hence she is not eligible to the appointed. However the petitioner has mentioned in the ration card that she is a resident of Subburayanpatti, on verification it is seen that the petitioner is residing in Marakkadu, which is 2 km away from the Subburayanpatti Village. Therefore, the respondents have selected the 3rd respondent.

4. This Court convinced about the reason to select the 3rd respondent. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
