The instant writ petition has been filed by a temporary driver working in the respondent Transport Corporation seeking a mandamus to provide duty to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 18.09.2024.
2. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Transport Corporation submitted that due to long unauthorized absence of the petitioner, he was terminated from service on 20.03.2023 by the 2nd respondent and it was also approved by the higher authorities.
3. In view of the above said facts, this Court cannot find any merits in this writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of termination, if he so advised.
4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
